I was very excited to receive an invitation to the launch of Swatch Skin watches at their Manchester Arndale store. I was even more excited to be adding a new Swatch to my collection!

Swatch Skin is a brand new collection of 11 minimalist designs for men and women. I am not normally a fan of minimalism – more is more I say! However, I was very attracted to this beauty with its pretty misty rose dial, silicone strap and sparkly rose gold drill points – it is so easy to wear and the colour goes with all my oufits – the complete opposite to my other Swatch – the Pop Swatch which is very bright and colourful. I’ve received so many compliments on my Skin Swatch too.

What I didn’t realise was that I would end the evening dancing to Take That with a bunch of 20 year olds! It was great fun and I managed to keep up with everybody.

I didn’t look too shabby by the end did I?

Thanks to Swatch, Manchester Arndale and Cubed Thinking for a fab evening!

Yellow, the colour associated with all things happy and bright, is often viewed as a ‘tricky’ shade to wear. It is certainly true that yellow... […]
