“Yes to Grapefruit CC Cream is a natural, lightweight, colour correcting formula. Provides instant, light coverage with natural pigments Helps correct skin tone Increases luminosity and radiance with evodia fruit Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles Protects SPF 18 broad spectrum Moisturizes and keeps skin supple and fresh Promotes smoother and softer looking skin with grapefruit. It is 95% natural, Petroleum, SLS and Paraben free and also Cruelty Free.”

I have been using this product for about a month now and I really like it! I have the Light one which is perfect for my pale skin. It is also available in Light/Medium for darker skins. For those of you not in the know about beauty products CC stands for Colour Corrector. It has a warm, apricoty undertone so might not be suitable for those with a cooler skin tone. It is loaded with vitamins and minerals to keep your skin looking healthy – like you have had a really good night’s sleep.

I apply it with a sponge under my Colour Me Beautiful Morning Light Foundation in Porcelain. The packing is simple and has a handy pump dispenser. You do have to be careful with it as it dispenses a bit more than you actually need for one application.

It blends in well to give a lovely, even coverage that is light and looks natural. It could be used as a tinted moisturiser on its own too. The effect is a glowy, radiant skin tone. It also smells lovely on the skin feels very hydrating and refreshing. The added bonus is that it has an SPF of 18. Although this is not enough for my fair skin it will suit many.

I was gifted the product by Holland and Barrett but you can purchase it online here. It costs £12.99 for 50ml, which is not the cheapest, but when you consider it is cruelty free and has no nasties in it, it is worth every penny. As you know I am all about Natural Beauty!

KEEP IT SUNNY SIDE UP THIS HOLIDAY SEASON Well, the weather certainly isn’t sunny in Manchester right now but if you can’t have the sunshine, you can BE the sunshine! Yellow, the colour associated with all things happy and bright, is often viewed as a ‘tricky’ shade to wear. It is certainly true that yellow... […]
