In the Face Yoga session you will be taught a face and neck routine designed to firm, lift and tighten the face, neck and jawline that you can practice in the comfort of your home as often as you wish. If you wish, we can concentrate on particular areas of your face too. To make sure you’re clear about what you need to do you’ll receive a FREE wallchart with all of the moves pictured to refer back to after the session. I guarantee that with regular practice (at least 4 times per week) you will start to see results in weeks.
The Face Massage session is designed with relaxation in mind. We all carry tension in our face which causes us to screw up our faces. This in turn can result in the formation of fine lines and wrinkles which then leads to premature ageing. I’ll guide you through massage techniques to relax and rejuvenate your face and neck and you will also receive your choice of a complimentary bottle of Drops of Nature organic Serum. You can choose from either Neroli or Rose Geranium facial serum for your personal practice after the session.
Both sessions are one hour in length and cost £50 each – a fraction of the cost of a face to face session.
